The Brooklyn Bridge – one of the most iconic places in New York. Connecting Brooklyn to Manhattan, where thousands and thousands of people cross every day.
Being there, watching the people go by made me realize how many walks of life go past you every day, each person with a different story and path. That fascinates me for some wild reason.
There we were, shooting in the middle of the Brooklyn Bridge as hundreds of people walked by, going about their life. It makes me wonder of the stories people would have to tell. The man in the suit, the homeless woman, the single mum, the perfect family, how did they all get to where they are and where are their lives going?
Just imagine sitting down with totally different individuals and listening to their life stories and hearing the difference in the paths they took or will take. Each day we will walk the same physical path, like the Brooklyn Bridge, however will be journeying along completely different life paths.
Traveling really opens you up to the world and how many human beings are really out there all living different interesting lives. You may think some lives are better or worse than your own, but at the end of the day it’s your path and you control the way you go. Which turn will you take?
