I recently purchased the most amazing cookbook! "Feel The Lean" is written and created by foodie and Instagram sensation, Loni Jane. I have followed her on Instagram for a very long time and she always manages to post mouthwatering photos everyday. Finally after years of total food envy, she has given us the recipes to some of her most famous dishes as seen on her Instagram. From juices and smoothie bowls to salads and sushi, there are plenty of healthy recipes to cook daily.
Today I was craving hot chips because it was rainy and cool here in Brisbane, however I didn't want that guilty feeling to follow after I had eaten them. Thank god for Loni and her amazing no fat potatoes! These delish chips are cooked without any oil or fatty substances, but instead cooked in a scrumptious gluten free batter. They were to die for an absolutely cured my craving! I had them with Loni’s Avo Whip and some organic salsa YUM!!
I did not feel guilty after I had devoured what I could of this dish. I might even have leftovers for dinner. You must try it to believe it!
