The Kawana Waters Farmers Market is a petite little market on the Sunshine Coast. There is nothing better than getting up on a Saturday morning and going to the markets. I find it to be a fun little outing but it is mostly great for stocking up with fresh produce for the week! https://www.facebook.com/kawanawatersfarmersmarket/timeline
What I love most about the Kawana Markets is that there are so many different types of things. From organic and raw treats, fresh produce, fresh meats, organic yoghurt, beautiful flowers, fresh bread, delicious coffee and many tasty food and smoothie stalls. I go a bit crazy when I go to the markets because everything is just so fresh and cheap too!
If you haven’t found the best fruit loaf you have ever had, it’s hiding at the German Bake house at the Kawana Markets. Make sure you get in quick because they don’t last long!
One store that I loved was The Wholesome Nook. Imagine beautiful little mason jars filled with home made body scrubs and bath salts along with homemade wheat free granola, almond butter and milk and so much more! https://www.facebook.com/thewholesomenook/info?tab=page_info
The Happy Sprout is a name that speaks for itself. This little stall sold sprout-based salads, fermented food along with delicious healthy treats and more. I had the raw Choc Mint muesli biscuits and they were amazing and good for you too. http://www.thehappysprout.com.au/index.html
Can't wait for my next market saturday!
